Trekking + hiking + climbing

I am passionate about mountain challenges and hiking almost to the sky. I always say that step by step you can get anywhere. To reach the summits, I have hiked more than 35 km (round trip), crossing rivers, holding on to ropes to avoid falling into the void or climbing mountains that reached about 2800 meters high.

I enjoy walking on the glaciers at the summit, always helped by a trekking pole and using as excellent support the knee block to avoid skating on the ice.

Don’t exhaust yourself or push your limits. Be aware of what your body is asking for, hydration
is important. Don’t hurt yourself.

And there is always time to enjoy a good coffee at the checkpoints.

Enjoy it, take a selfie and share it with the rest of the world.

On the base, I have successfully experienced walking on the glaciers of the southern cone (Perito Moreno) using crampons on my trekking boots.
I thought it would be difficult and, although at the beginning I had to step heel-soled-toe, helped by a walking stick, it was great!
For the steeper climbs, I used a pike for safety on the ice walls.

Advice for other users:
always take short steps, and if you don’t wear crampons, never do it with slippers. It is
very slippery and dangerous for falls.

Remember, NEVER do risky activities alone.
